Refund, Exchange, Delivery Policy

Refunds

We offer customers 14 days for a refund. Item(s) must be returned unopened, with the security seal intact and in its original packaging. Failure in ensuring this means you will not be refunded at all.

To begin the refund process send us an email to complaints@ebonoire.com you’ll receive a response within 3 working days. Be sure to include your email address and order number.

Exchanges

We offer customers 14 days in which to exchange. Item(s) must be returned for exchange unopened, with the security seal intact and in its original packaging. Failure in ensuring this, will waive your right to obtain an exchange or refund.

To begin the exchange process, please contact us via email at complaints@ebonoire.com you’ll receive a response within 3 working days.

Delivery

Delivery times and prices may vary due to packaging weight and delivery provider.

Delivery estimates will be shown at the checkout.

EBONOIRÉ is not responsible for any failed delivery attempts or items returned to us. Customers will be liable for postage costs for redelivery if this happens.

If you receive your delivery date and realise you won’t be home or need the item(s) to be delivered to another address, we can send the items out a day later, but we will require at least 24hrs notice. Once the item has been despatched we cannot change the delivery day or address.

Given the product ordered, processing timescales are between 1-5 working days, once the product is ready, that is when the postage process begins.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send an email to complaints@ebonoire.com to arrange your return order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item has been received, the refund process will begin .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
